1. Introduction

These trading, sales and delivery conditions apply to the purchase of goods from
Alura Copenhagen ApS for delivery in the EU, unless otherwise agreed.

2. Order
We only ship to EU countries.
All prices on the website are stated including VAT, taxes, duties, etc.

You choose the items you want to buy and put them in the “shopping bag”.
You can correct the contents of the shopping basket right up until the time of ordering,
and you can continuously check the contents and the price of the goods.

Any additional payments for e.g. shipping and payment card fees will be calculated first,
immediately before you are ready to pay.
When you are ready to order, click on where you enter your name, address, e-mail, telephone number, payment method and chooses the delivery method.

You can change the contents of the shopping cart right up until you confirm your purchase by pressing the “place order” button and then “Pay by Dibs by Nets”. Your order is then forwarded to Alura Copenhagen ApS.

When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt for our receipt of your order. This receipt also serves as order confirmation.

3. Payment
In our e-shop you can pay with the following means of payment:

Card payment is free of charge.
We only deduct the amount when the order is dispatched.

4. Shipping
Stock items are sent as a combined delivery within 1-3 working days.
The order is sent via GLS with delivery.
We reserve the right for any delays/notification times
with the respective freight companies, as well as during public holidays.

5. Right of withdrawal
This return policy only applies to goods purchased at www.aluracopenhagen.dk.
If you have purchased the item from one of our dealers, you must contact the dealer directly.

As a customer of Alura Copenhagen, you always have 14 days full right of return,
valid from the day you received your order.
This means that you no later than 14 weekdays after receiving your goods
must have sent us an email stating that you wish to cancel your purchase or parts of it.

The cancellation period expires 14 days after the day you received your item.
If you have ordered several different items in one order, but they are delivered individually, the deadline runs from the day you receive the last item.

How to return your item:
Send an email to info@aluracopenhagen.dk and let us know which items you want to return and your order number.
Fill in the return form that you will find on the website aluracopenhagen.dk

Pack the goods in original jewelery boxes and attach a return form.
You cannot cancel the purchase by refusing to receive the item without notifying us at the same time. Please note that you will not get the shipping costs back if you regret all or part of your purchase.

Return
Once you have notified us that you regret your purchase, you have 14 days to send the item back to us. Costs for returning goods will not be covered.
You are liable if damage occurs during transport.
You are only liable for any deterioration in the product’s value due to other handling,
than is necessary to determine the nature, characteristics and way of functioning of the goods. In other words, you can try the product in the same way as if you tried it in a physical store, but you must not put it to actual use.

If the item has been tried on in addition to what is described above, we consider it used,
which means that if you cancel the purchase, you will only get a part or none of the purchase amount back, depending on the commercial value of the goods.

The item must be returned in the original packaging.
If the original packaging is missing, this will result in a decrease in the value of the item.

We do not receive customers at the address in Charlottenlund, and refer to all returned goods being sent to the specified address.

Refund of the purchase amount
If you regret your purchase, you will get your money back.
If the item is impaired, we deduct the amount you are liable for.

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery charges
(but not extra delivery costs in cases where you have chosen a different form of delivery than the cheapest form of standard delivery that we offer), no later than 14 days from the day on which we have received your message that you want to cancel the purchase.

We return the money with the same means of payment that you used for the purchase, unless we have agreed otherwise.

We neither accept parcels without distribution nor parcels sent by cash on delivery.

6. COMPLAINT
The rules of the Purchase Act apply to the purchase of goods.
When you shop with us as a consumer, you have the right to complain about production defects for 24 months.

This means that you can have a product replaced if it is defective as a result of a manufacturing fault in the product.
You cannot have a product replaced in the event of normal use and therefore wear and tear, accidents or incorrect use.

You must advertise within a “reasonable time” after you have discovered the error.
